EPO-TEK H20S – модифицированная версия токопроводящего клея EPO-TEK H20E, был разработан главным образом для нанесения методом тампопечати и с помощью дозатора. Применяется для монтажа кристаллов. EPO-TEK H20S – это высоконадежная, двухкомпонентная, серебросодержащая эпоксидная смола однородной тиксотропной консистенции.

  • Полимеризуется в широком диапазоне температур
  • Низкая температура термоотверждения делает возможным использование EPO-TEK H20S для гибких печатных плат и других изделий
  • Предназначен для монтажа кристаллов и SMD-компонентов, а также для экранирования электромагнитных и радиочастотных помех в микроэлектронике.
